
Beginners Kettlebell Class:
Are you tired of the same old…. same old? Maybe you're ready to step up your overall training?
Have you noticed the Kettlebells but didn't know what to do with them?
Come join Pamela for 5 weeks of Kettlebell training for beginners. At this level you will learn the basic fundamental moves at your own pace which will allow you to fully understand each exercise so you may progress to the next level.
Mon 5:30pm…$59.
Advanced Kettlebell Class:
For those people who have taken the beginners class for 6 weeks and feel comfortable with their skills, this class is fast paced and comes with less one on one instruction. Joining this class, you will be taught more complex and difficult combinations of moves each week.
Mon 6:30; Thurs 5:30 – 5 Classes, 45 minutes each for $59.
Mixed Beginners & Advanced Kettlebell Class:
The only class held in the morning, this class is a mixture of both beginners and
advanced people. This is a very small group which allows one on one to both the
beginner and the advanced participant.
Each level will learn new exercises and combination of moves.
Friday 9:00am – 5 Classes, 45 minutes each for $59.
